Avalon Nb-REE Drilling Gets Underway

  • Reverse circulation (RC) drilling has started at the high-priority Avalon niobium-REE target.

  • Diamond drilling contractor scheduled to arrive mid-week.

  • Initial phase includes at least 3,000m of drilling to test the Avalon, Sheoak, K1, and K2 targets

    as follows:

    • Avalon: A minimum of 2,100m, including 1 diamond drill hole (DDH) and 6 RC holes.

    • Sheoak: A minimum of 700m, including 1 DDH and 1 RC hole.

    • K1: 1 diamond hole to a minimum of 500m.

    • K2: 1 RC hole to a minimum of 300m.

Gold Target Zone Increased with Latest Northern Zone Drilling

  • 27 aircore (AC) holes drilled to blade refusal have successfully more than doubled the prospective gold system by tagging basement geology at the Northern Zone Gold Project.

  • The AC drilling targeted the oxide zone to fresh rock stratigraphy with the aim of expanding the mineralised porphyry footprint, which remains open.

  • Further targeted drilling is being planned over the expanded footprint of the mineralised porphyry.

  • Riversgold is fully funded to promptly begin the next phase of drilling operations at Northern Zone.

  • A drilling rig has been contracted for the middle of August.

  • Northern Zone Gold Project is 25km east of Kalgoorlie.

  • Previously announced Exploration Target at Northern Zone Gold Project of 200Mt - 250Mt at a grade of 0.4 g/t Au - 0.6 g/t Au for an Exploration Target of 2.5Moz - 4.8Moz of gold.

  • Lone Star Prospect rock chip result of 3.2 oz/t (101 g/t) gold and 4.1% copper (#TEM15).

  • Hawkstone Prospect rock chip results including 21.78% copper and 3.3 g/t gold (#TEM11), and 16.78% copper and 2.4 g/t gold (#TEM01).

  • Logans Find Prospect registered up to 67.1 g/t gold (#TEM12).

  • Five prospects initially targeted for copper and gold.

  • The results validate the historical exploration and support the newly identified copper and
    gold anomalism over a strike length of 12 km.

  • The incorporation of these exceptional results into the regional geological model and a refined exploration plan is underway.
